The Season of Giving
The holiday season is often referred to as the Season of Giving. Here at PediaPlex, we love to give back and each year we like to partner with people in the DFW Community to help where we can. This year we have partnered up again with Right on Time Ministries of DFW to collect items for the homeless in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This ministry was founded by James and Allecia McCutcheon and we are so happy to be able to work with them for the second year in a row!
Last summer while we were in the process of building our Alliance PediaPlex clinic our owner, Sonia, met James McCutcheon. He was delivering items to the new clinic and got to chatting with Sonia and sharing his story. He told her why he and his wife started Right on Time Ministries which is what inspired Sonia to want to help them the last two years with donations. We want the PediaPlex Family to hear their story as well!

“One day while James was on his delivery route he was sent to the Fort Worth area. He was in the back of his truck and God told him to stop and look around. He did, and what he saw was so many people on the street just walking around aimlessly. He said that God asked him, ‘Do you realize that I love these people as much as I love you? Are you going to be a part of the problem or allow me to use you to be part of the solution?’ Love is when you want for other people what you want for yourself. We all want at least the very basics – love, food, clothing, shelter, and that’s what we try to provide. We came up with the name ‘Right on Time Ministry’ because frequently we have brought food to people who say they haven’t eaten in a few days. Or, the weather turns bad and someone needs a coat and it always seems to come just at the right moment – not always in our timing but His perfect timing. We are very blessed and grateful for everyone that helps us help those in need.”
